RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY

RETURNS POLICY:

 

1. ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN SHIPPED:

In case you change your mind and would like to cancel your order before your package has been shipped, you can easily place a cancellation request by one of the below two options:

 

  • Kindly drop us an email at sales@dynamocks.com with your order details.

  • You may simply drop us a Whatsapp message on +91 83698 73711 with your order details.

Once we receive the details, we will make sure to get your order canceled and that you receive your entire refund. Please note, this applies only in cases where the shipment has not been dispatched.

2. CRITERIA FOR NO RETURN ACCEPTANCE:

dynamocks.com will not accept returns for products that are deemed to be USED, WASHED, WORN, or DAMAGED and are not in their original form of packaging and their original condition. Exceptions may apply.

3. MAXIMUM TIME LIMIT FOR RETURNS:

Return request should be placed within 7 days from the date of delivery. Exceptions may apply.

4. RETURNING PROCESS:

  • All you have to do is drop us an email on sales@dynamocks.com or a message us on Whatsapp (+91 83698 73711) with your order details and the reason for return request and a dedicated point of contact will be arranged to guide you through the entire process. We always go the extra mile to help our customers and to make sure they are happy.

  • Please note, return courier charges will be borne by us if the return request is placed within 7 days post the package delivery date. 

  • Return courier charges are to be borne by the customer if the return request is placed after 7 days from the package delivery date.

  • No Exceptions will be allowed for this point.

  • Return courier pickup will be arranged by us.

5. REFUND POST COMPLETION OF RETURN PROCESS:

 

Once we have received your return package, it will be inspected by our team to make sure it meets the Criteria For Return Acceptance as mentioned above. As soon as everything checks out you will be offered with below two options:

  • Refund to your bank account using the digital payment method available with us then.

  • Replacement with any of our other products of the same value.

Please note, in cases where promotional discounts were applied for a purchase you will be refunded for the actual amount paid by you at the time of purchase.

The refund amount takes about 2-3 working days to land in your bank account once the refund is initiated from our end.

SHIPPING POLICY:

1. We provide free shipping for all orders above INR 198 for INDIA Only.

2. Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon dynamocks.com shipment to the shipping carrier.

3. We only use reliable courier partners for all our orders and cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies.

4. Maximum of three attempts will be made by our courier partner to deliver your order. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept the delivery within these attempts, the order will be auto-canceled.
