You can return your items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note: for returns to be processed, products must be unworn and have all original tags attached.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Returns are usually processed within 3 to 4 days from the date they arrive at our warehouse. Please allow an additional 2 to 3 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account from the date the return is processed.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING FOR RETURNS?
Yes — subject to our Return Policy, if you raise a return request within 7 days of delivery, return courier charges are completely free and we'll arrange the pickup. WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?
We will replace any items deemed defective (as opposed to wear and tear) within 7 days of purchase. If the order was not placed online through Dynamocks.com, a receipt of purchase will be required to verify the date.
