Once your order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to quantity, sizing and shiping address.

WHEN IS MY SOCKS ORDER GOING TO SHIP?
We usually take 12 hours to process and get your socks order ready for delivery and is picked up by our delivery partner within 24 hrs.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY SOCKS ORDER?
It depends on your location within India, however, max number of days it takes is 5 days.
Mumbai: Within 2 days from the date of disptach.
Mumbai to any Metro: Within 2 - 5 days from the date of disptach.
Rest of India: Within 5 days from the date of dispatch.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You can return your items within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.
Please Note: In order for your returns to be processed, socks must be unworn and still have the tags attached.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Returns are usually processed within 3 - 4 days from the date they arrive at our warehouse. Please allow additional 7 to 9 days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account from the date the return is processed for the refund.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED AT A RETAILER?
We only accept returns and process refunds for socks purchased from dynamocks.com

CAN I INITIATE AN EXCHANGE FOR MY PURCHASE?
As of now we are unable to process exchanges for any socks orders. Your purchases on www.dynamocks.com can be returned for a full refund of orginal amount.
WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?
We will replace any items that have been deemed defective, as opposed to wear and tear, within 30 days of purchase. If not ordered online through Dynamocks.com, a receipt of purchase will be required to verify the purchase date.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY DYNAMOCKS?
We recommend washing your socks on a delicate cycle, inside out. We also recommend to keep your socks out of the dryer, we use premium materials and the heat from the dryer can cause damage and prevent the socks from lasting as long as possible.
